To produce our fresh black truffles, we use traditional methods and techniques to grow our oak and holm oak truffle trees. This limits our production but enables us to guarantee a product of the highest quality.

GUARANTEED FRESHNESS

Our state of the art method for cleaning and preservation enables us to extend the shelf life of our truffles to up to 28 days from collection and at the same time offer a product which is fully guaranteed in terms of health and safety.

TEMPERATURE MONITORED 4ºC

During shipment the fresh black truffles are kept at a controlled temperature of between 2ºC and 6ºC.

MAXIMUM HYGIENE

After applying the aforementioned cleaning process, our fresh black truffles are fully guaranteed in terms of health and safety, and will maintain the highest degree of freshness and all their original organoleptic qualities.

ISOTHERMAL PACKAGING

Our truffles have passed all required controls under EU Regulation 10/2011 on materials intended to come into contact with food. The packaging has been designed to maintain temperature, provide a controlled atmosphere and improve the shelf life of the black truffle.

24/48 H DELIVERY

Upon receiving an order, the truffle is then collected. Delivery is made within 24/48 hours (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands) or 48/96 hours (EU), guaranteeing the cold chain is maintained. You will receive a fresh black truffle with all its organopleptic qualities intact.

PREMIUM PACKAGING

The design of the packaging combines creativity and quality. While preserving the truffles, the presentation is extremely attractive. This finishing touch helps to turn a black truffle into an excellent gift for special occasions.
