‘Black Truffle Collection’ meets all the sanitary and legal requirements to sell the highest quality fresh black truffles.

‘Black Truffle Collection’ guarantees all its products are in perfect condition.

The prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders made from Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 24-48 hours following receipt of payment across the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Orders made on Fridays or at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday, unless it is a public holiday.

Orders made during holiday periods will be processed on the following working day.

Holidays are not included in the calculation of delivery times.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Orders over €90 (VAT inclusive) to the Peninsula are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

For orders under €90 (VAT inclusive) to the Peninsula, shipping costs €7 (VAT inclusive); elsewhere in Spain (Balearic Islands, Canaries, Ceuta & Melilla), the shipping cost is €24 (VAT inclusive).

RETURNS:

Due to the highly perishable nature of the fresh truffle, this product may not be returned. The client shall meet delivery costs. Delivery costs are €7 (VAT inclusive) for the Peninsula and €24 (VAT inclusive) for the rest of Spain.

‘Black Truffle Collection’ commercialises fresh truffles and other products through its online store: blacktrufflecollection.com. Prior to making a purchase, the customer states their awareness that the truffle is a highly perishable product. This notwithstanding, should you receive a noticeably damaged fresh product whose causes are attributable to transportation or faulty shipping, the product shall be replaced. In these circumstances, the customer has 24 hours from receipt to report this situation to: info@trufanegradelpirineo.com

Should returns arise as a result of a mistake on our part or a defect in the product, ‘Black Truffle Collection’ will undertake to replace the defective product with a new one. Shipping costs will also be met by the company.

• • By bank transfer: To the account number appearing when the purchase is confirmed. The order number must be included when payment is made. Once the transfer is made, allow 24 hours (1 business day) for confirmation before your order is prepared and shipped
